Scotties® Facial Tissue Review

I received these tissues from Smiley 360 to sample and try out. I always believed these tissues were rock hard and yucky, I have always only used puffs. Scotties were just as soft and the texture wasn't rough. I like my tissues soft and tough, lol. I would recommend these to others and have.
