These were very easy to take, ONLY 1 pill a day. Alot of pills want you to take up to 6 a day. I think my skin looks good for almost being 40. It really is like a face lift in a bottle, and who can really afford surgery,lol. I believe these to work, as my face feels alot firmer and less elasticity. I hate that wobble under the chin and hopefully these help with that too.
