Nutritional Yeast Superfood Review

Ok have you ever got a product and have no idea what it is, or never heard of it before?! Well this was one of them. I thought yeast was for baking and making things rise, lol. I was pleasantly surprised. It says to sprinkle the Yeast on anything and anything, and well I did. It tasted like cheese, lol. It really wasn't all that bad at all.
