These give you an amazing amount of energy, they keep you moving all day. When taken correctly these pills help to dramatically reduce belly fat. I noticed a slight change in only after 2 weeks. I wasn't as hungry for some reason either. I don't believe these to curb your appetiete, but they did mine. Every person and situation is different.
